Our Denver Metro Red Rocks party bus pricing is offered as a convenient, bundled flat rate rather than an hourly charge, so you don't need to miss the encore!

Our rates for private buses are cheaper (per person) if you fill the bus, compared to the public charter buses advertised on the Red Rocks site.

COMMON PARTY BUS QUESTIONS

HOW DO I BOOK/RESERVE A PARTY BUS?

Go to the Request a Quote page to complete the form. We will respond within a few days. Upon availability, we will respond with your quote and booking information. You will then be instructed to complete our online booking contract. Once received, your deposit will be processed, and you will receive an email confirmation/invoice.

HOW MUCH IS A DEPOSIT TO BOOK THE PARTY BUS?

We take a $200 deposit on a credit card to reserve the bus. Full payment is due the day of the event at the beginning of the ride. The bus will not depart until payment is settled.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

$200 DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDABLE UP TO 21 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT DATE. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE WITHIN 21 DAYS OF YOUR EVENT DATE. If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled event date, you will be charged 50% of the projected total. If you cancel less than 24 hours from the event date, you will be charged the FULL amount of the ride. NO EXCEPTIONS.

CAN I DRINK ON THE PARTY BUS?

Yes! Passengers who are 21+ may legally drink on the party bus. You will need to supply your own alcohol.

DO I NEED TO TIP THE DRIVER/HOST?

20% gratuity is included in your quoted price. However, if you feel your driver went above and beyond, they all accept cash and/or venmo.

HOW CAN I GET A HOLD OF MY DRIVER/HOST?

Each bus has a visible whiteboard where the driver writes his or her phone number. Please take a photo of that whiteboard before you get off the bus.

WHAT TIME CAN I GET PICKED UP AT?

You may schedule a pick-up 2.5 hours before the show start time (additional fee for earlier pickups).

CAN WE STOP AT WILL CALL/BOX OFFICE TO GRAB TICKETS?

Sure! We can make a pit-stop at the box office on the way to the parking lot.

CAN I LEAVE STUFF ON THE BUS?

Yes, you may safely leave coolers, bags, and jackets on the bus. Your driver will watch over it to ensure it's safe.

IS THERE A BATHROOM ON THE PARTY BUS?

No, you will need to plan ahead.

COMMON RED ROCKS AMPHITHEATRE QUESTIONS

WHERE DOES THE PARTY BUS PARK AT RED ROCKS?

Per Red Rocks' rules, all large party buses are required to park in the Lower South Lot 2. You will return to the Lower South 2 Lot at the concert's end.

DO I HAVE TO WALK A LOT?

Red Rocks requires a significant amount of walking. You will walk up and down hills on gravel and cement. It's not uncommon to walk 10,000 steps in one night while attending a concert. Plan accordingly by wearing comfortable socks and shoes.

DO PEOPLE TAILGATE AT RED ROCKS?

Sort-of. Red Rocks does not have a huge tailgate scene, but you will occasionally see people drinking and hanging out near their cars before the show.

WHAT TIME DO SHOWS TYPICALLY END?

WEEKDAY CONCERT END TIME: The show will end around 11:00 pm (per Red Rocks sound ordinance), which means you will get dropped off at your final location around 12:00 am - 12:30 am.
WEEKEND CONCERT END TIME: The show will end around 12:00 pm (per Red Rocks sound ordinance), which means you will get dropped off at your final location around 1:00 am - 1:30 am.

WHAT TIME DO WE NEED TO RETURN TO THE BUS AFTER THE SHOW?

We ask that you board the bus within 40 mins of the show's end time. You will know the show's over when the house lights go on.

HOW MUCH ARE DRINKS AT RED ROCKS?

Drinks vary, but on average, you can expect to pay $12 per beer and $15 for a seltzer (large can).

DOES RED ROCKS HAVE FOOD?

Yes, there are multiple food vendors at Red Rocks, including a taco, hot dog, and pizza stand. Meals vary, but you can expect to spend $15 per person.

WHAT SHOULD I PACK?

We recommend a backpack, a rain jacket or poncho, good walking shoes, an empty water bottle, and a granola bar.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW?

Red Rocks has a great museum on-site. We recommend visiting it during set break. It is also a great place to hang out if you are cold or the weather is bad.
