How the booking process works...

First, review our unavailable dates below. Then, use the inquiry form to request your event date and receive a customized price quote.

We'll email you to confirm the date and bus availability. This email will include special instructions to unlock our booking contract, which must be completed to finalize your reservation and pay the deposit.

Your booking is only finalized once the booking contract is signed and a $200 deposit is submitted. After that, you’ll receive your official invoice by email, and your driver will reach out on the day of your event.
