From weddings to birthdays to corporate shindigs...we've done it all! Renting a party bus is an excellent option for special events because it allows your group to stay together for the entire evening vs shuffling around in multiple cars. Skip downtown parking or worrying about your co-worker driving drunk. Rent a party bus and let us handle the logistics of getting you from point A to point B.
Now for the buzzkill part...please note that we do not take the buses into the mountains (past Evergreen) for weddings or special events. We can also only transport a maximum of 140 guests at one time.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I BOOK A BUS BEFORE MY EVENT DATE?
We recommend reserving a party bus 4-12 weeks before your event date. Sometimes earlier, if your event falls on a very popular weekend (e.g. Red Rocks Concert or Prom).
HOW DO I BOOK/RESERVE A PARTY BUS?
Go to the Request a Quote page to complete the form. We will respond within a few days. Pending availability, we will respond with quotes and booking information. You will then be instructed to complete our online booking contract. Once received, your deposit will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation/invoice.
CAN I REQUEST A QUOTE AND BOOK AT A LATER TIME?
Buses are on a first-come, first-serve basis. We often send out multiple quotes for the same bus on the same day. It is in your benefit to book as soon as you receive a quote or the bus may not be available.
HOW MUCH IS A DEPOSIT TO BOOK THE BUS?
We take a $100 deposit on a credit card to reserve the bus. Full payment is due the day of the event at the beginning of the ride. The bus will not depart until payment is settled.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A 14-day cancellation policy is enforced (Found in our terms & conditions on the booking contract).
HOW DO I PAY MY BALANCE?
Cash, Venmo, Check, Paypal, or Credit Card accepted for final payment. Our policy is that payment must be settled at the beginning of the ride (Before everyone starts drinking or getting rowdy). Please note that the bus will not depart until your invoice is paid in full. To find your invoice, google "Elevate Rides" or "Square" in your email.
I'VE BOOKED MY EVENT, NOW WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
On the day of your event (3-4 hours before the start time), your driver will contact you via text or phone to confirm your address and pickup time. He or she will then alert you when they are on their way. Please keep your phone handy on the day of your event so we can easily contact you. If you think you will be busy running around, please supply a secondary contact.
HOW MUCH IS DRIVER GRATUITY?
A 20% driver gratuity will be added to the initial quote at the time of booking so you know the full price upfront. Our drivers work very hard to make sure your group has an incredible experience while keeping you safe. All of our drivers are professionally trained with commercial drivers licenses that they had to study and test for, fingerprinted, background checked, and drug-tested. If you feel your driver was an excellent host and exceeded the 20% built-in gratuity, you are more than welcome to pass that along to them.
CAN I DRINK ON THE BUS?
Yes! Passengers who are 21+ may legally drink on the party bus. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR UNDERAGE DRINKING. If alcohol is on board, ALL passengers MUST BE 21+.
WHAT IS A DESTINATION CHARGE?
A destination charge may apply depending on the pickup/drop-off location outside of Denver Metro. Rates may change during peak seasons and holidays.
CAN UNDERAGE GROUPS (UNDER 21) RIDE THE BUS?
A parent or guardian MUST be the primary contact on the booking contract and should be in attendance if the passengers are under 18. Contracts will not be accepted if there is not a contact name and phone number for a parent/guardian. We have a ZERO alcohol tolerance policy for underage groups. Rides will be immediately canceled with no refund if ANY alcohol is seen on the bus.
